Our story

A legacy worth
stepping into.

Long before the spotlight found this generation, Pam Brown built a theatre tradition at Walker High School, now Jasper High School, rooted in excellence, courage, and belonging.

Today, Centerstage is rising again. Led by a former Centerstage student who has returned home as director, the program honors that foundation while making room for new voices, new stories, and a new generation of students ready to carry Centerstage forward.

There is a role

You don’t have to crave the spotlight to belong in theatre. Centerstage needs every kind of talent and helps students discover strengths they did not know they had.

Perform

Act, sing, dance, and discover the courage to tell a story.

Create

Design costumes, props, sets, graphics, and the world of every show.

Lead

Run lights, sound, stage management, front of house, and student teams.
